My son was getting a bit bored with the CD player in Windows, so I made a disco version with flashing lights and pounding speakers. Please be aware that flashing lights can be harmful to some people (A warning is shown each time the program is run). You have the normal functions of a CD player and the ability to change the speed and pattern of the lights. This program has now been updated to play lists of MP3 files automatically one after the other and you now don't need any other software installed to play them, as in the previous version. Plus you can now look for MP3 files on your hard disks or CD's etc. Also, I've included a couple of 10 second snippets of free MP3 tracks downloaded from Peoplesound.com, an excellent music resource. Having a party, just turn off your screen saver and run this program with all your favourite MP3's playing (or CD) just one after the other and when the end is reached, it starts all over again. Compressed file size - 1.02 MB. What's new in v1.3 (updated September 2001): Pause function fixed when playing MP3 files. You can now browse your hard disk or CD drive for MP3 files and the program will remember where you last played those tracks from, when you next run it.
